COVID-19 Salon Guidelines 

The safety of our clients and team is our top priority. Following industry and hygiene experts across various organisations, I have created the guidelines below.
I will have to change the way I serve you as we abide by the social distancing rules, but my aim is to make sure you feel safe and comfortable at all times. Please review below.

All appointments are pre-booked, no walk-ins.

Before your appointment:

  • I will email you a google form to fill out 3 days before your appointment to make sure you are feeling safe and well before I can see you. If I do not receive a completed form prior I cannot see you.

  • I ask any client who has symptoms of COVID-19 on the day to cancel and reschedule their appointment. (In this case there will be no cancellation charge).

COVID-19 symptoms are defined as having a high temperature, a new continuous cough and a loss of sense of taste and or smell.

  • All surfaces will be wiped clean with a disinfectant prior to your arrival. We are using more disposable equipment with each client.

  • Please arrive on time no earlier or later and wait outside the studios. I will text you when it is clear to enter, as to avoid contact with anyone. Please have your phones with you on silent mode and charged, but do not make calls as it may disturb clients who are having a treatment.

  • Do not arrive with children/friends/companions. Only one client at a time.

  • Water and refreshments will no longer be provided. Please feel free to bring your own.

During your appointment:

  • On arrival your contact information, time of arrival and departure will be documented and you can scan our QR code into the NHS COVID-19 app.

  • Please arrive with minimal make-up, jewellery and belongings. I will have a clean dish for you to put your valuables in and a box for you to place larger items.

  • Please arrive wearing a face mask. It is advised to wear a new mask after facials so to avoid the transfer of bacteria. I will have some to purchase for £1 while stocks last.

  • You will be asked to immediately wash your hands on arrival. Hand sanitiser will be available throughout your appointment.

  • I will be wearing a mask and a visor. I will also wear an apron which will be changed before every client.

After your appointment:

  • I will not be accepting cash or card at this time. Please be prepared to make a bank transfer at the time of treatment. (Card payments coming soon)
